BounceBack Books is a project of the KU Center for Public Partnerships and Research and the Iowa Department of Public Health. The project grew from the partners’ work on Lemonade for Life, a training program for family support professionals that uses ACEs research to build hope and resilience among families.
BounceBack Skills

Think Big
Thinking Big helps kids build resilience by increasing their competence, determination, and thinking abilities. These skills enable them to better solve problems and influence what happens in their lives.

Stay Strong
Resilient kids learn how to calm themselves and practice seeing the hopeful side of problems and challenges. They know how to reach out to others for help and to share difficult thoughts and feelings.
